At Nanda Rinjani , we want to ensure transparency and a smooth booking process for our customers. Please review the following conditions, which outline our policies regarding price changes, deposits, cancellations, and more.

Changes in Price and Itineraries:

Prices are based on tariffs effective as of January 2008. In the event of currency fluctuations or increases in transportation and accommodation costs, we reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time before your tour’s departure, even if the final payment has been made. If circumstances beyond our control force us to modify your booking or itinerary, we will promptly notify you and provide alternative arrangements of at least the same standard as the original booking. If the changes significantly affect your tour experience and you choose to withdraw, we will refund any payments made in full.

Deposit & Final Payment:

To secure your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total package price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must reach Nanda Rinjani  no later than 30 days prior to your tour’s commencement. Failure to submit the balance payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking, and appropriate cancellation charges may apply. Please note that any bank charges incurred are not our responsibility.

Late Bookings:

While bookings are generally accepted up to 7 days prior to the tour departure, they are subject to availability of accommodation, flights, and other services. Please consult with us regarding late bookings to ensure availability and arrange payment.

Single Supplement:

If you choose to travel as a single traveler, a single supplement must be paid in addition to the tour fare.

Cancellation:

In the event that you or a member of your party needs to cancel the tour, written notice must be provided to us or our agent. Cancellation is only effective upon our receipt of the written notice. Cancellation fees will apply based on the timing of the cancellation. If you cancel prior to departure, the cancellation fee will be US$50 per person, plus any charges imposed by hotels, tours, transportation, and flights. Cancellation within 21 days of departure incurs a fee of 30% of the package fare.

Modifications:

Once your tour is confirmed, any changes to the tour, departure date, hotel, room type, or passenger names will incur an amendment fee of US$30.00 per booking file.

Refunds:

Unused services are non-refundable.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate travel insurance when booking your holiday. Consult a reliable travel insurance company for suitable coverage. Please note that Nanda Rinjani  does not provide travel insurance, accident insurance, or any other form of insurance for this tour.

Travel Documents:

Each person is responsible for obtaining the necessary visa(s) and carrying a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must possess a passport valid for at least six months beyond the arrival date. Passport and visa requirements are the responsibility of the individual traveler and not Nanda Rinjani  or your agent.

Additional Expenses:

The package fare does not include charges for passports, vaccinations, excess baggage, accident and baggage insurance, personal expenses such as beverages, laundry services, tips, and gratuities, among other items.

Air Travel:

Our tours generally involve carriers such as Merpati Airlines, Lion Airlines, Batavia Air, and Garuda Airways for Nest destinations. In certain circumstances, we may use other airlines. It’s important to note that airlines hold the responsibility and liability for their services, as outlined in their own terms and conditions.

Baggage:

For domestic economy flights, each passenger is allowed to check in up to two bags/pieces, with each bag/piece not exceeding a total weight of 20kg. We recommend that you pack accordingly. If you need to store your baggage after checking out of the hotel, please inform our office, and we will arrange for its safekeeping until your return.

Travel Accommodation:

Nanda Rinjani  does not operate airlines, hotels, or coaches. The flights, coach journeys, and accommodations provided in your tour are arranged with reputable carriers and hoteliers, each having their own terms and conditions. It’s important to note that bookings with Nanda Rinjani  are subject to the terms and limitations of liability set by these service providers, including airlines, coach operators, hoteliers, car hire companies, and restaurants. These service providers may limit or exclude liability for death, personal injury, delay, loss, or damage to baggage.

Our Responsibility:

We strive to ensure your tour arrangements meet your expectations. We accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from our negligence or that of our employees or agents. However, we cannot accept liability for the acts, omissions, or defaults of airlines, coach operators, hoteliers, or other service providers who operate under separate contracts with you. We are not liable for events beyond our control or unforeseeable events, such as war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, severe weather, acts of God, government actions, machinery failure, or industrial action.

Customer Services:

We value your satisfaction, and our English-speaking customer service is available 24/7 to address any issues or emergencies. If you encounter any problems during the tour, please inform our local representative or agent immediately. They will make every effort to resolve the matter on the spot. Booking Arrangements:

All bookings must be made through Nanda Rinjani ‘s office. A firm contract between yourself and Nanda Rinjani  will be established when your agent or our office issues the official booking confirmation after receiving the required deposit. The contract is subject to the terms and conditions outlined on our website. Any changes to the tour conditions must be made in writing with the authority of Nanda Rinjani  to be effective.
